I have had extensions for 23 years in over 4 states and in London and Rodrigo is the very best, hands down!! I have had every type of extension application including individual bonds, sewn-in wefts and tape-ins from other salons. The way Rodrigo applies my tape-ins is amazing. They last longer than any other application has ever lasted. His color is also amazing! It always blends perfectly with my extensions. The salon is equally wonderful. I never write reviews but after being treated like a QUEEN at this place I just had to write one. The staff at SIUTSE gives you the royal treatment from the minute you walk in. They are upfront with their prices (which for the luxury of this place are unbelievably low). Abraham started with my color and highlights and expertly advised me on what he thought would be the best plan for my hair. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the blond highlights he gave me, they look so natural (I have brown hair). Then Pericles skillfully placed my tape-in extensions- I can’t even tell I have extensions on! And for the cherry on the cake Rodrigo stepped in to cut and style my hair. I have never felt so beautiful and pampered. Thank you to the entire staff for treating me like royalty- I highly suggest this salon to meet all of your beauty needs. Incredible. I was received by Katherine who made me feel like a princess. The service is out of this world and the employees there are very talented and kind. My result? I used keratin bonds but went to try out tape and would never go back. Tape is the best method for my hair type and I went in one women and came out a different one. My hair looks amazing and all in under 1 hour. Im never going to another salon.

I love this salon. I’ve been doing my color and tape extensions here for over a year. The service is fantastic, and I highly recommend Pericles if you’re looking for someone who’s highly efficient in tape extensions and color. Since you wanted to reply with wrong information after I did not say anything ; I must express my profound disappointment with the level of customer service I experienced at your salon. It's disheartening to encounter such blatant disregard for honesty and integrity in business practices. The fact that you were willing to charge a hefty fee of $250 for a service you initially claimed not to offer, only to backtrack and provide it when money was on the table, is deeply concerning. Furthermore, your assertion that I did not consult your services is completely false. I did attend a consultation at your salon, during which I was provided with information that later proved to be inaccurate or misleading. This inconsistency speaks volumes about the lack of transparency and accountability within your establishment. Its evident that your priorities are skewed, with profit taking precedence over genuine customer satisfaction. This approach is not only disingenuous but also goes against the principles of good business practice. As someone who values honesty and integrity, I find it incredibly disappointing that your salon operates in such a manner. In contrast, there are other reputable establishments in the Gables that prioritize genuine customer care and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, , will be nice to reconsider your policies and prioritize genuine customer care.

There is a reason they don’t lay the top of the hair over the extensions on their instagram videos… they do not know how to properly blend the extensions.. I left the salon paying 1300 + 20% gratuity because I’m a generous tipper always, I knew almost immediately that the extensions don’t blend in.. but the woman at the front desk convinced me that by washing my hair, the extensions would “thicken up” and blend better. So I went home, washed, and styled my hair the way I normally do.. and still, you could see exactly where my natural hair ended and where the extensions start. Not worth the month considering how much they charge. Go to someone who have a variety of hair types in Extensions, other than these people who only offer bone straight extensions that don’t blend if you have even the slightest wave to your hair type. The people that work there are nice tho.

I loved my experience at Siutse . I purchased the length and service I wanted and my hair came out like a million dollars. I have long hair but I needed extra sassy volume . It's actually a fast process from start to finish. Removal is easy but of course you need to care for your extensions while they are in your hair . Remember to always care for your real hair because extensions add but do not replace your real hair . I'm happy .

I have been to this salon twice now for maintenance on my beaded weft extensions which I’ve had for nearly 3 years, they by far do the best installation I’ve had done. They do not make the thread so tight that you’re in pain like I’ve experienced at most other salons. The wefts are high quality, they are installed securely and they last! The owner has been there both visits and she is so kind and welcoming, as are all of the people I’ve encountered there. 10/10 will continue to come back.

THE BEST! I have wanted extensions for the longest time but never could find a place that had pictures of the way I wanted my hair to look. I started following Suitse on social media and became obsessed with their amazing work. Without hesitation, I knew this was the right place. I drove 2.5 hours down and was greeted by Stephanie who was so warm and welcoming with a big, sweet smile. I took a seat and Emanuel walked over and made me feel so comfortable. As it turns out, the hair color I requested was not the best choice for me and I am so appreciative that he took the time to explain why and what would look best. Sue came over to introduce herself minutes later and discussed my hair plan with Emanuel. Sitting in Emanuel's chair was like sitting with an old friend that you feel so comfortable with. He is kind, intelligent, and just so lovely to spend time with. Once he was done with my hair color, I realized he was 10000% spot on with his color recommendation and I couldn't be happier. Then, I went over to Sue's chair and the extension process began. Sue is so warm and sweet and did such a fantastic job with my keratin tips. She cut them down, and then styled me to perfection. I couldn't believe the transformation! Truly amazing! I watched everyone else get their hair colored and extensions installed and every single one looked stunning. From what I witnessed, literally everyone there is an artist. I'm going back next week to get my hair styled for an event and cannot wait to go! Every single employee is smiling and just lovely. I have been to quite a few upscale salons in both NY and FL and there's always people with attitudes- not here. Such a comfortable, friendly establishment. I could not be happier and highly recommend! I believe this is the first time I left a hair salon feeling like a movie star. Love this place! The people are so nice and attentive. They treat all the client and their hair with love! I love a hair salon where you can tell they protect and care for your hair. I always come with Rodrigo, he’s so sweet and always treats me very kindly. The hair quality is also amazing! I use heat on the daily and the hair lasts extremely long. I’ve even gone to blow dry my hair at other salons and they always ask where I get my extensions at cause they are done so neatly and the hair doesn’t get knots. Recommend this place 100% to everyone.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE! told me 1660 for extensions and hair coloring on phone. get there and they are trying to charge me 2000. skip this place. they barely have any extensions colors too. the salon is small and not nice inside. NEVER come here. so many other places for way cheaper. 660 for an average balayage? every other place in miami does it for under 450.

I have been going to Siutse for about five years. On my first visit, I knew I had found the best place I have ever been to get hair extensions. It is a beautiful atmosphere, very well organized, professional, and well run. Everyone is so kind, they treat you like family, they listen, and do beautiful work! No one in my life has ever known that I have hair extensions, unless I told them, and they still can’t believe it! They are so well blended with my natural hair, that they look perfect! I moved from Miami to Kentucky two years ago. There is no one in Kentucky that even comes close to doing the beautiful work that Sue and her staff do. So, I fly back to Miami regularly to get my hair done. That is how valuable Siutse is to me! My hair has never looked more beautiful in my entire life, and I have Siutse to thank for it. I have been coming to this place for almost 7 years. I have wear extensions for 10 years. There is nobody on this business better than Siutse Hair Extensions. The staff is very professional, caring, they even care about your own hair. The products they use are the best on the market and the quality of the hair its amazing, I have tape extensions and I have use the same hair up to 4 times. All I can say is I will never go nowhere else cause I have tried some other places and nobody is like them. My money is worth to spend here. I’ve been coming to Siutse for almost two years—all the way from Kansas City. I originally found Siutse when I wanted keratin tip extensions and couldn’t find them locally. Siutse Salon’s excellent reviews didn’t disappoint—the entire team here is amazing. The owner, Siulein, is so kind and goes above and beyond to make sure every appointment is a wonderful experience. Being from out of town, occasionally I have had last minute flight delays or am coming straight from the airport with luggage, and the team has always been understanding and accommodating. Keratin tip extensions have since been offered near me, but I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

They are meticulous and give exceptional quality colors and cuts too. I constantly receive compliments on not only my extensions but also the color and cut. Edit- I have been under my name as Ivana Soc in November of 2021. Credit card purchase as a proof. Not sure why the owner has the need to defend themselves in the reviews. Reviews are simple- we get the service and the provider is being rate based on it.Unfortunately sometimes second chances are not given based on the first chance impression. Would you go back to the doctor that didn’t perform the first surgery correctly? Of course not. I guess this is the Miami customer service at its finest. Usually the one who defends himself is the one in wrong. This response to my review tells it all. I got my very first set of extensions. I did not like the idea that I wasn’t offered the choice of the extensions. They went with tape ins. They are professionals and there was probably reason why, I just wish it was communicated with me. The hair looked nice, however tapes were just NOT for me! There was a lot if hair( my hair is pretty thick) but it wasn’t even cut to my likings. It was just… bland and straight. Again not a big deal either I could always come back and ask them for a cut. Not until I washed my hair the first time that I realized something is off. Took me a LONG time to dry it and when curling it it would just get tangled! I used all the proper products and low heat tools. I had to brush my hair every 30 minutes and it was staring to break just 2 weeks after I installed them, and I could not do anything with it except wear it straight and down. I ended up visiting 6 different salons and each one of them had an option that this was not 100% human hair. Is it true or not I don’t know, I just know that the hair was not feeling good and I was miserable so I took them off. Decided to give extensions another try with a different salon and I am so happy I did. Got sew ins, proper amount and the hair feels so light and soft! I can wear it up, down style it and don’t have to brush every 30minutes. Not sure if it was hair or just me not having luck. Make sure to ask all the questions and do your research.

I got tape extensions done here on June 2022. I was happy with my extensions. They looked beautiful. The lady that did my extensions was very nice, they matched the extensions to my hair perfectly. I followed their instructions on how to care for the hair. I did everything on my part, but unfortunately I don’t think they did their part as “professional hairstylists.” As amazing as the extensions looked, my REAL hair was severely affected. I have a lot of hair, and it’s naturally very thick. You can tell they don’t like working with this kind of hair. If your have a lot of hair and it’s thick BEWARE. They will cut the volume off horrendously. They don’t use any technique to at least make sure that your real hair will still be okay after the extensions are removed. Now they did communicate to me that they were going remove volume, but I trusted that they would know how to cut my real hair. When I removed my tape extensions, my real hair looked HORRIBLE. The cut is uneven. It looks like a toddler cut my hair. I am so upset. They are good at blending and matching the hair, but they DO NOT care about your real hair. Go somewhere that will care for your real hair as well.

I have been going to Siutse for almost 3 years and would never consider going anywhere else. I started going to Siutse when I bleached my already thin hair to the point it was falling out/chemically cut, and the extensions have helped me regain my confidence as my hair recovers. I feel bad for anyone who goes anywhere else for extensions in south Florida. I went this past Saturday for my first ever set of tape ins and 10/10 recommend coming here. They took the time to color match my hair and explained the process and gave me great tips on how to keep them looking great. This is the only salon I will go to for extensions! I originally got 140 pieces keratin fusion extensions, which I unfortunately neglected and miss cared for the 1 month I had. I called and told them my extensions were not looking so great they scheduled me right away to come in. They took my damaged extensions out, replaced them, gave me a hair treatment, and purple shampooed my new extensions for free! the owner (has black hair I’m not sure what her name is) is so kind and understanding! Everybody in the salon is amazing and I am so thankful they were able to fix my hair for. 10/10 thank you!

I came to do extensions about a month ago. When I came back recently for a maintenance session, I wanted my whole hair a darker color because it faded away. I asked to dye my hair + extensions, which I was immediately persuaded not to do because "it would take too long, 4 hours". Instead I was pushed to dye my hair + BUY NEW extensions which would cost alone around ~500something. Out of frustration with their unwillingness to color my extensions I decided to not buy new ones because they were still very new, and I settled with removing them and just color my hair. The owner came and told me that the price to color would be 200, immediately after the daughter came to me and gave me a different price of 300. I was puzzled so I asked why the price increased so much. They both put up an attitude and replied that their business needs to profit somehow, and that they were trying to negotiate, which was weird because they stayed stuck on 300. At the time of checking out it was very uncomfortable to deal with the owner's daughter because she clearly appeared annoyed. The overall energy I sensed was that the owner and her daughter want to spill every penny out of you by pushing you to buy what they want and what is more convenient for them. Thank god I didn't fall for their scheme, only colored my hair there and went to look for a second opinion for my extensions. I will make sure to never come back in there, unfortunately they're too unprofessional and they only have a cheerful attitude with their favorite clients (the ones that blindly accept their pricing and solutions I guess). I also did not sense the owners had any passion for their craft, but instead they would focus on selling aggressively and superficially. After I went to another salon in miracle mile (it was called spacagna) I was finally met with some warmth and I was reassured that my extension could be colored right away and I could come back right after the weekend to have them applied for a much, much better price (it was already 5pm of a saturday). If you are reading this review always make sure the pricing you are getting here is fair by comparing it with other salons in the area and that you are not being sold too much than what is necessary. I hope the business owners eventually learn to be more empathic with customers and start to serve the community more fairly.

I decided to try this salon after finding them on instagram. I live in Ecuador and often travel to miami for work. I went with Micro beads, and I could not be happier. They were installed flawlessly (and it was a lot faster than I thought). The staff was wonderful and I had such a great experience. I plan to continue to use Siutse whenever I need my extensions moved up or changes. It is worth the trip/drive to have gorgeous hair!!!

Absolutely the best decision I’ve made. I’ve always had a little amount of hair. It never really grow past my shoulders. I decided that for my wedding I wanted extensions and did my research on different types and different places that apply hair. After some great reviews and a consultation i went ahead and got taped in extensions. My first extensions lasted me over 6 months and now have new extensions. I will never go back to having no extensions. It makes me feel confident and beautiful. My husband loves it and it’s honestly worth the money.

First of All. I love how sweet they are, as soon as you walk in you feel like you are at home. I went with Heraldo he was amazing!! He matched my hair to the Extensions PERFECTLY! I went with the Microbeads. They explained how I could reuse the hair up to 3-4 times. Touching it up every 3 mouths, I thought it was just a sales pitch but I couldn’t believe how GREAT the Quality of the hair was. I had them on for a YEAR! And the hair was still in great condition. Great service - Went in for a consultation and had them do a test discoloration to my hair. The color specialist was amazing was very sincere about how damage my hair was and how I should be very careful with highlighting my hair. Siutse Miami is truly a gem. From the moment you walk in you are taken care of. As a new customer, they listened to my needs and provided an exceptional service on my hair(which had a pretty severe chemical cut and disastrous roots) The quality of hair far exceeds other salons I have visited in the past and the color matching was thought out and perfectly blended. I had a wonderful experience at Siutse, The reviews are true! During my appointment with Yanka she worked very hard at trying to make the perfect color combination to match my hair. She toned my hair and I love the color. I had 100 pieces of tape in extensions added to my short hair and they look great. I feel like a new person! The salon is beautiful and the staff is very nice. I decided to use extensions while growing out my hair from a short haircut. This place is great in every way, the decor is nice, the staff makes you feel great and the price is more than reasonable for the quality of the service, also the parking is cheap and practically next door! My stylist is Yanka and she is awesome, during mi first visit she spent almost an hour just trying out different combinations of colors of extensions to look natural with my hair and she explained the maintenance process and offered different tips along the process, if you want to get extensions I definitely recommend her. I decided on tape in extensions and if you follow the instructions about brushing and washing they are really low maintenance and an easy way to get the look you want.

All I have to say is 5 stars isn’t enough! Ladies if you have short short hair Sonia is a miracle worker! I have a very short pixie cut, and now I have very long , thick , hair! You can’t even see my actual hair or the tape from the extensions! It looks like it’s my hair! And the quality of the hair is amazing! The color matched perfect! I’ve gone to other salons and tried other techniques (sew in, microbead , etc) and by far tape ins are my new favorite ! The owner of this salon is a doll! She’s so sweet and really knows what she’s doing. The salon itself is absolutely stunning! Everyone there was just amazing! I had a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to go back! Sonia, is the best of the best. True talent, professional color corrector and miracle worker. I have had extensions for volume and for length. Obviously for length you need more and that presented a problem with other extension companies and the salon personnel that put them in. Siutse is AMAZING! Not only are their extensions beautiful, shiny and very NATURAL looking, the staff, led by Siulein is the best I have had in over 10 years of using extensions. The tapes are so thin you can use them even close to the top of your head, the quality of the hair is soft, subtle, shiny and stays that way for weeks and months. You can't feel them or see them - even in the wind! I am so happy I found Siutse and will use them forever! 5 stars!
